Not at all. If some dull defender wants to waggle out a foot with no intention of getting the ball, then that's a full blown pen in my opinion.Originally Posted by The Bloop
Absolutely. That's just part of the game these days. You drag your foot, make contact and it's a penalty. Not much the refs can do about it.
