I actually do think Javid is racist as it goes. Not because of this quote though.

It’s not the pointing out of the race that makes you a racist though, it’s the fact you tar every non white person with the same brush by saying “I’d like to see champions of so called diversity spin this”.

It doesn’t need to be spun the reason more black people are criminals isn’t because they’re black it’s because of how society treats non white people.

But if that is so, and i'm not disputing it, why are most knife crimes "Black on Black" and not "Black on White" to retaliate against the way society treats them?
