Reminded me of Leeds vs Sunderland (1973), one of my all-time favourite games. Don Revie's top of the league Leeds vs Bob Stokoe's 2nd division Sunderland in the Cup Final. If you get a chance to watch it on DVD, take it. Edge of the seat stuff.

Well, his value will have gone up a lot after that ninety minutes. You could tell he was a footballer from the first time he touched the ball - something which would probably have put us off him I daresay. Being serious, he's the sort of player we should have been looking to sign last summer.
I didn't see any games this weekend except ours. There's no FA Cup coverage on TV over here, just on the computer. I wish I'd seen that Shrewsbury comeback now.
