Guernsey Police have taken the decision to end the search for Emiliano Sala and pilot David Ibbotson. The final aircraft in the search has landed and they say ‘ Unless there is a significant development, there will be no further updates ‘. Next of kin have been informed of this

The fact that his body might never be found must be so hard for his family to take. Can't even properly bury their son. Can't even begin to imagine what they're even going through
