I take it you have seen a pain consultant with a decent approach and have been up the ladder with regard to opiates ?

Yes. I've peaked. Tolerance is a problem for Gabapentin and Pregabalin. As for opiates.....they're complaining about my levels of co-codamol so it's a dead end. It's hard work mate.
