TV Screens

We have two giant TV Screens at either end of the ground.Apart from showing the two teams and substitutions when they occur,it seems to me the rest of the time is spent showing advertisements.
The old screens used to show goal replays,near misses etc.Surely these screens should be there for the benefit of the fans?

Obviously just more cost cutting. Most of the products advertised can't even be purchased in this country - Tan is a genius!

They have used them this season, but I'm not sure if it's coincided with televised games. I would imagine this was the case in order to present itself well. Also, do the club own them or the FA?
