Slade takes off a midfielder (whittingham) for a striker, well I think he is(le fondre), when winning 3-0. After that Colchester scored to make it 3-1, then it was all Colchester!! Slade out!! He hasn't got a clue!! Yea ok it's a win but that is all!!
