Away Kit - Norwich

When the club said our away kit is now red is it:
1) wherever possible or
2) where there is a clash with blue?

I guess the Norwich game will provide some insight.

Whereas we used to have red at home and away (if possible) and blue as an alternative, I think that now we'll see the red kit as an away kit and blue away only if necessary

I have wondered this myself. I would expect us to play in red whenever possible.
