...i've got porridge for the morning, this will be ingested at around 8am when I get into work, i'm now about to make a sandwich for consumption at around 1pm, I have many options but have whittled it down to just two filling choices, cured ham or (strawberry) jam, whichever you decide will be laid out upon wholemeal bread, it's over to you guys to decide...

I can't say I'm a fan of the jam sandwich (unless it's a Fox's jam & cream sandwich biscuit... YUM!), but as a veggie, jam gets my vote to save those poor piggies from being slaughtered.

If it's counter ham instead of reconstituted packet ham and you have mustard (Coleman's, not that 'hotdog mustard' shit), then ham gets my vote.
Otherwise Jam. Unless it's strawberry jam, then any ham gets my vote.
