Is the road just shut at the junction 33 end or is the road shut all the way as i want to join it at Culverhouse Cross

I think its just the westbound ramp on J33 that's closed?

So is the junction closed or it is it busy as I've been on a few travel sites and they conflict with some saying it's closed and others stating to expect delays.

Just been on the bbc web site and nothing about a closure. Someone posted it was closed earlier in the week . Bit of advice would be handy coming up the M4 for the game later.
Easy one for you Tone straight through the lanes.
