Good move for him to get some first team action hopefully.

Hopefully it's because we saw something we liked when we played them earlier in the season.

I think he'll do very well. Be watching the "future city captain" with interest.

The error is in being frightened to give him a go at senior level first. Will Hughes, Jonny Williams, Luke Shaw....history is littered with kids who were given a go and smashed it.

Id like to have seen him given a go here myself, even a half hour.

Still, he might be our skipper next year in Division 1 http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif

Sounds like a great move - fingers crossed it all works out for him and he realises his full potential. http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif

It is make or break year for him as he's turned 20 and needs to be playing regular first team football.

And he was never going to get that at our basket case of a club with at least four managers at the helm during his time in the development system.

Robert Page must be the link to this move as he's the Wales u21 assistant manager so would be familiar with the player's abilities.

It's ironic that we are shipping out local talent like O'Sullivan and possibly John, given this week's alledged arguments, whilst importing an u21 Scottish international.

Will we ever be able to sing 'He's one of our own' to a player in the Slade era?
