Yes we need more strike power as it's obvious Revell isn't going to do it, BUT haven't the biggest gripes in the past few weeks been about our poorly performing midfield and the lack of a dynamic leader????

Obviously our manager doesn't see the midfield as a problem does he, as there's not been any mention of us going after any?

I didn't realise both Everton lads were strikers.

That gives us Mason, 2x Everton kids, Doyle, Ravell, Jones and Macheda......by my reckoning that is 7 strikers and more than we had before.

We had Guerra, ALF, Maynard, Jones, Velikonya and Macheda and that's 6.

You rightly point out that we cannot put our foot on, control and pass the ball in midfield and all we have seen is O Keefe come into central midfield, our massive issue. If we really are linked to Brady, a winger from Hull, I despair.

So much for the small tight knit squad.

Kennedy is a winger, I'm guessing he's the short term replacement for Harris until Pilkington comes back.

Up front I'm guessing it'll be Jones vs. Revell for the "big man" role, and Doyle vs. Macheda for the "other striker" role.

The other Everton kid will probably be bench fodder, although he'd probably put more effort in than Macheda would.
