So we've got our blue back, a new badge on it's way and very reasonable season ticket prices.

We just have to sort out the rubbish on the pitch and we might get a decent take up again next season.

Just had a proper look at the matchday prices - £28-35 to watch midtable championship value doesn't represent very good value IMHO. Surely they'll have to look at those too.

We used to do dynamics pricing- where it started at like £17 6 weeks in advance then gradually went up to £38 match day- do we still do that or is it different categories for different games?

Zone 4 Senior price remains the same at £299. Therefore I will be renewing for next season. The kit colour was never a deciding factor for me, just the ST cost.

£345 in zone 4 is a bargain.

I'm trying to think what we paid in our last season in the dungeon back in 2001 or was it 2002? Going back then I was Grandstand block A and I think the ST prices were about £200 ish.
Considering we are talking 14 or 15 years later and 2 leagues higher that really is a bargain.

I'm looking at it differently to everyone else by the look of it. I didn't renew this season due to the fact I haven't enjoyed going for some time, couldn't stand watching the team playing in red etc.

What really does annoy me is that now the price freeze is over (I didnt have this benefit as although I got a season ticket that year i got it later when I could afford it) and they are threatened with losing a large number of season ticket sales they can suddenly afford to charge less for normal season tickets, so this is telling me that I have been being ripped off for four of the last five years.

To be honest they can stuff it, I wont be going back next season, I will wait until there are new owners and see how I feel then!

I don't see the return to blue as anything other than a business decision on their part. I'm still incredibly cynical about it, coupled with the transfer window / fire sale, makes me think something is happening apart from mismanagement http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/hehe.gif It might be our club, but I'd feel like a right mug if I paid money out, he did a runner and we went to the wall. http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif

As there will be so many empty seats in the stadium isn't it tempting to purchase the cheapest tickets and then move to better seats when you are are in ground?
