The new album is not too shabby for an old timer http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif

Pipe n slippers music.

I actually prefer listening to Rentagob doing an interview. He's mildly entertaining then.

Pipe n slippers music. That's the whole point of it though, the clue is in the title. Nothing ground-breaking, just a reassuringly familiar stroll through the history of bands I used to like back in the day. Great for a Sunday morning listen!

I'm not adapting to middle age very well and having a mid life crisis.

Don't mind NGs first effort although its far removed from being rebellious, don't give a fuuck rock n roll.

You're showing your age, next step for you is a swiss clinic.

Nearly all the musical roads have been travelled. For a while electronics and drum machines brought some freshness. Then they reverted to sampling old records, and now they are chopping up the samples. Most new music revisits a familiar destination, no matter how brief the stop.

I agree and know what you're saying although you've gone all Ted Rogers on 3,2,1 on me.
