Slade and Young should take full responsibility for todays feck up. Not sure why McNally was subbed or why whitts was off the pitch for so long, but it cost us dearly. The two clowns on the touch line were running around like chickens when whits went down the the tunnel. That 3 minutes gave Charlton there only foot hold in the game and a decision should have been quicker as to sub whits. To change Macheda for Reveal made no sense and his shite header out and the pressure Charlton had for that 5 minutes ended up in a predictable equalizer. From that point we were in tatters and only one team was going to win it. Slade and Young lost us the game and whiots was at the centre of everything we did well.

Nothing to do with Paul Trollope then? Is he only responsible for the good bits?

It's Slade's fault that Whitts was off the pitch being treated?

Is Trollope involved in team selection? No idea, nor do I know if Scott Young is involved in team selection. However, the post was about what went during the game.

Slade is undoubtedly not up to this level of football.
Our best win and display in a season albeit against a poor side and he makes 4 changes.
Fvcking not good enough against a a very shit side.
Out slade in the summer PPPlease.

According to the one individual on here that was definitely at the Rotherham game the away fans were asking Slade to sort it out just before we scored and then laughing as much as cheering when we did.

Several posts so far have suggested we played really well and therefore the side shouldn't have changed.

Exactly.
Whittingham orchestrated a magnificent display of mediocrity and ineptitude from the "midfield". Weirdly, coinciding with us going down to 10 men for 5 minutes...
