Loads of marketing speak there which just leaves me cold, but well done to all concerned for ensuring that the new kit will be on sale early next month.

Ourcityisblue (butourstandisred)Don't start. The seats are what they are. We don't want further excuses for not attending games or causing divisions between fans. We have the shirt colour so now is the time to move on.

Might be too late but a sign of a more professional approach?

So can we expect the price of a replica shirt to be £55 next season instead of the normal £40~£43.

I was in JD sports on Saturday and everyone I saw look at the Wales shirts walked away after seeing the price!

Jesus Christ, people will literally moan about anything. If you're talking about me Colonel, I'm observing not moaning, if the shirts are £55, the same as the Wales shirts then in my opinion they will lose a lot of sales, as the selling priority will be colour then cost then brand.

Does anybody know how long term the long term is?Nothing is long-term in football. All it means is that it's not a stop-gap deal.

That's a shame, was hoping for a 5 year deal type of guarantee.

With the pi$$ poor response to season ticket sales, they ought to offer a FREE SHIRT with every season ticket sold. http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/thumbup.gif

That's a shame, was hoping for a 5 year deal type of guarantee. If City push for promotion this year the new shirt will outsell Wales and Swansea's combined so nice little earner for Adidas for little outlay.

We have the shirt colour so now is the time to move on.The divisions have been caused by one person, and one person only. I think most people are trying to find excuses to attend games these days http://www.ccmb.co.uk/images/smiley_icons/Dsmile.gif

If theres one replica shirt thats totally unsuitable for an middle-aged, slightly over-weight football fan, then its a slim-fitting Adidas shirt.

Odd that the best tnews coming from the club over the last 6 months or so has related to the kit.

If theres one replica shirt thats totally unsuitable for an middle-aged, slightly over-weight football fan, then its a slim-fitting Adidas shirt. Are you blaming the club for being overweight. I know CCFC is, in the eyes of many, responsible for many things but surely you can't blame the club for your excessive intake of food and drink?

Not only would I have burnt more calories helping me fit in the shirt, I would also have cycled passed more disgruntled housebound locals.

Stop all your moaning. Most important thing is that the colour and crest has been put right and Adidas will do a great job, far better than what Cosway ever could.

One question, how long is the 'long term' deal? Can't see any mention of it?

I notice how some people are just assuming it's the Campeon 15 template. It could be the Tiro 15...

Or or the Condivo 14 one...

Guessing City we'll get the cheapest one of the lot, like when Swansea had glorifed training gear as their away kit a couple of years ago.

Well if the kit resembles the branding currently going up outside the stadium there could still be a bit of red piping around the neck or sleeves?
