always best to do your conversion first.

0.0254 metres in an inch.

68 inches x 0.0254 = 1.7272 m
96 inches x 0.0254 = 2.4384 m

1.7272 m x 2.4384 m = 4.21...m2

1.726 x 2.437 = 4.21 Sq M
