According to the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, people are entitled to display the Islamic State flag as it is a free country; although many would argue that it is not. That being the case then I suppose that the KKK are entitled to recruit. No I do not. As I said I would allow neither the flying of the Islamic State flag, nor KKK recruiting in the UK. I merely pointed out that Boris Johnson has recently said that the flying of the Islamic State flag is permissible in London as this is supposedly a free country; I disagree with him.
