No thought for fans, Wolves is easily doable midweek and a Hull is a decent Saturday trip. Same earlier in the season, 'Boro here in midweek yet Bristol City on a Saturday, the fixture list certainly isn't fan friendly is it?

If the teams are closer together geographically they prefer to play those games on the weekend because more people are likely to travel. I'm not saying it's fair but that's the thinking: maximise earning potential.
