The uk have long been keen on Turkey entering the EU.
They don't meet many if the entry criteria though and don't even seem to be moving towards it.
So even if all other countries agreed it would be a very long way off.

However all countries agreeing is an even bigger hurdle. France are known to be strongly against Turkey membership and can anyone here really see Greece or Cyprus agreeing to Turkey joining in our lifetimes?
