They could if they are offered a referendum on it. Not sure if the Good Friday Agreement has any bearing on it though.

Seems fair enough - so if they want to be inside an EU country they can simply move over the border ?

Yeah, why don't we all just change country until we find one we like?

We know that the pro EU outnumber the anti EU. This could be their chance. Good Friday agreement means that a referendum is allowed..

That margin has been eroding for years due to the higher catholic birth rate - it could be closer than people think
