The report is very damning of the attitude of the Muslim preacher concerned and the mosque that gave him to platform to express his views, but it does relate to a recording made back in 2014 and the report goes on to clearly show the condemnation from the Muslim community and it's leaders of the radical views

I'm having great difficulty trying to understand how the Daily Mail can be seen as less of an evil than a well known preacher of Islam? Is he anymore responsible for the thoughts and actions of people who interpret what he says, than the Daily Mail is for the people who read it?

He seemed to say "one interpretation is this and another, different interpretation is this". The first being something that the rest of the article makes sound like it's fairly established and the other being...if it was preaching a hateful version of Islam then it seemed to be done in a calm and almost philosophical fashion.

Why didn't you post this on the politics forum? Or are your posts more important than that of other posters who post political content there?

My concern is with the massive over hyping of this issue which attracts an enormous amount of media coverage far in excess of that which it deserves. For example if we look at the USA then between 2005 - 2015, 24 people in the US died as a result of terrorism. In the same 10 year period, 301,797 people died as a consequence of guns.

Time to deal with this neurotic, faux non-problem now. You agonize over the quiet ramblings of a Cardiff based preacher and mis-describe it as "evil".
Yet remain unconcerned that the President of Turkey's immediate family were shipping million's of $$$'s of stolen oil from northern Syria while providing ISIS with arms, money, shelter, travel routes, and when required (like Israel) hospital facilities and full medical care.
