Try watching Russia Today news for a completely different perspective to what Western media churn out and for what they ignore. Two good examples relating to this thread: pictures showing injured ISIS fighters recuperating in Turkish hospitals and interviews with doctors who treated them. That channel has repeatedly wondered how is it ISIS had a free pass to Mosul and why the US then spent years not targeting the one location they should have hit first there. In this article, https://www.rt.com/news/338086-isis-chemical-lab-mosul/ even a former CIA spook said, “there is some other agenda for it” (not destroying the facility).
