Who is killing them? No one knows or gives a f***. What's important is that we know that they are constantly being killed because the box in the corner of our lounge tells us so.
The fact that some of them can be 'killed' over and over again and it still be reported as news, shows how distracted most of the TV viewing public have become, when it comes to 'news reports'.
