Might see you there then Spedger.

Birmingham have got a few pretty well known names in their squad.

Finished 4-0. Birmingham were very impressive and scored some fine goals - we were well beaten and, apart from a penalty shout for handball (which should have been given in my opinion) in a goalmouth scramble in the dying minutes, we never caused them any problems.

Don't know what the team was but would it be fair to say that no player put their hand up for a start on Saturday?

Would you want to play with that shower of shite that took to the pitch last Saturday.

In reply to Blue Toujours, definitely nobody put their hand up but we were playing against a team containing Caddis (Scotland cap), Wiggins (Welsh U21 cap on loan from Bournemouth), Stewart (Signed from Dundee for £500k). Also a couple of others with first team experience.

I thought Patten looked a promising prospect. It was good to meet you today Paul. Who was the ex City Scout that was chatting with us today?

Don't know his name I'm afraid Spedger, Clive probably does.

Got to agree with this, we were outclassed I'm afraid. I suppose the only one who might have done his first team prospects any good is keeper Luke O'Reilly who made some great saves and had no chance with any of the goals.

Tony Hopkins. He was a City scout many years ago but Len Ashurst got rid of him. He was immediately employed by Man U and he's been with them ever since.
