That Road is already shut, been shut since July. People have been avoiding splott since they shut the bridge, and for years before that.

He is right, dozens of spaces have been temporarily lost whilst the bridge is rebuilt. Moorland Road/Beresford Road is not a main carriageway as a result, so the double yellows are simply not required for what is now a dead-end road.

Simple solution - get some black paint, paint over the double yellows.

Problem solved.

I heard the council killed him and recycled him into a giant Christmas tree.

I used to walk past that house when visiting my gramp in grangetown. Every time I went past I used to read a different bit of writing. Eventually I figured out what his gripe was - something to do with him not getting a home improvement grant from the council.
