Maybe he watched them while running on a treadmill. If you ever set foot in a gym, you'd know people do that.

Judge less - think more.

FYP:I'm a lady :-)

And as for Watcliffe, I'm as fit as a fiddle, but thanks for your concern

Good series, but I can't help feeling that there's a bit of "look what happens if we let the Muslims in " about it.*
Women aren't allowed out on their own, aren't allowed their own money, and the FGM scene clinched it.

For those that haven't seen it, Pollution has rendered most women infertile, the USA has been overthrown from within by a fundamentalist CHRISTIAN cult, fertile women are treated as slaves and "owned" by the elite to have kids for them.
Insurgents gays are hanged, as was an infertile lesbian, but her fertile partner was subjected to fgm.
fertile women are the subject of a trade deal with Mexico...for chocolate!

* Remember the old series "V"? that was openly a parody of the Nazis, Hitler youth, "scientists" were persecuted instead of Jews.

There's a better fantasy series on More4 "Outlander" about a n army nurse just after WWII who touches some standing stone in Scotland and is thrown back 200 years.

Agreed. Brilliant adaptation of the Margaret Atwood novel. Very dark, quite harrowing, graphically violent, and a truly depressing premise - the human race generally unable to produce children, and the USA transformed into a theocratic, brutal dictatorship called Gilead. Fabulous production with Elizabeth Moss truly outstanding. Best drama on tv.
