The team they were playing seem to be from the 5th or 6th tier of Swiss football

That must be the friendliest pre-season friendly in the history of friendly matches.

They should call them the ""Cornelius friendlies era"".

Probaly a follow up film due staring lookalike Dolph Lundgren .

Wikipedia states that he played just 8 times for City - but how many full games did he play?

He was never worth 10 million ,or his crazy reported £45k wage , love to see the other money behind that transfer and where / who earned commision from it .

Cost us dearly that one , never forgive the plonkers who were sucked in either knowingly or nieavely .

You should have a word with Vinny. He'd love to hear of this proof of foul play that we still haven't heard anymore about

Wales Online list 8 sub appearances in the league and 3 starts in cup games (subbed off in all of them):

Mackay had high hopes of Cornelius, but the big Dane didn't start a Premier League match and had to make do with extremely brief cameo appearances as a substitute against Manchester City, Man Utd, Arsenal, Liverpool, Crystal Palace, Sunderland and West Ham.

He did get one second-half of Premier League action, replacing Peter Odemwingie during a Boxing Day clash with Southampton. However, Cornelius couldn't net once, let alone seven times, as Cardiff crashed to a 3-0 defeat in what proved to be Mackay's last match in charge.

Even in cup competitions his game time was limited, playing for 45 minutes against Accrington Stanley, 60 minutes versus Newcastle and a further 45 minutes again against Bolton in what was his own final game in Wales. At least he started those matches, unlike in the Premier League.

It wasn't 10 million was it? Thought it was 7 or 8. Even then it was double what it should have been.

Supposed to be just under £10m in fees and wages. That probably includes fees paid to the agent.
