Seen him twice in Cardiff City blue and I believe he will prove to be an inspired buy.

He has good ball control; an eye for a killer pass and puts himself around the pitch aggressively. I also noticed that he is savvy enough to sometimes do the unexpected. Could easily have scored a coupla goals on Saturday.

The only thing that may be holding him back is his fitness. My impression from Tuesday and Saturday is that he is not 100% match-fit.

Even did 'the Ayatollah' for the adoring Canton fans.

Doing the Ayatollah has become a kind of 'bending the knee' for newcomers.

Yeah, it's only been happening for 25 years too.

I thought he was class, I'm not sure his fitness is that bad he must have covered so much ground in the time he was on the pitch.

Fitter than most of us in the stands.

He'll have to get a lot fitter first...

He worked back a lot and chased defenders down. Looked useful on the ball too. I think he'll get better and play a key role for us.

Looks over weight to me, but that didnt stop him putting it about a bit. Could be a great addition.
He's explained this before - he's got low ribs!

I knew he was a classy player with the ball at his feet, didn't realise how much work he does off the ball though. Covered a lot of ground and closed down defenders well on Tuesday night. Think Warnock will soon have him in the best shape of his career too. The whole team is looking a lot fitter fair play!

Thankfully he doesn't remind me of Gavin Rae on the ball!
