I picked up some bloke in my taxi in the week who was registered as blind but he recognised me from many years ago from our days at the old Hip'po club in Cardiff.
He said he has 10% sight in only one eye and as we got talking about how we knew each other, he was a friend of a friend, he mentioned he was living alone.
I wasn't trying to be funny but I asked him what would it matter if he met a woman when he is fully blind, who wasn't a good looker, would it bother him? He wasn't a bad looking guy himself, so I was curious if he would go out with a bird who looked like a moose but as long as she was good to him would it really matter.
He said, he hopes he meets somebody quickly before his eyesight went completely so he could see how she looks. Lol

He does have pretty good taste actually, I obviously take after him :biggrin: the first version I heard was by Ruby Turner, I quite like that one too.
