Anyone done this?

Looking for some unbiased reviews, let myself go slightly last 12 months and could really do with toning up and getting fit again, just wondering if anyone’s had any success with this?

I don't know anything about T25 but if you want to get strong then I would suggest you start doing press ups. This guy knows what he is talking about. First look at him doing Royal Marine press ups.

This next video tells you how to do a press up.

Here is a site with a programme to get you up to 100 press ups in 6 weeks.

The first video is far too fast for a press up , it's using momentum , slow controlled movement is what's needed , he's a big fella but he hasn't got big by doing press ups that fast

I had no idea that you were an expert on physical fitness. It's funny how you can misjudge someone. I imagined that you would be struggling to keep your beer belly and man boobs from bursting through your Black Sabbath t-shirt. I also imagined you as having the repellent but not unintelligent face of a misfit preoccupied with thoughts about the possibility of sex with a genetically modified pigeon.

A ten year old kid could tell you that doing push ups that fast is a waste of time

Fitness you need to find something you enjoy. Mix it up if you can. Cardio / weights. You need something you can stick with and its far easier if you enjoy it.

I wouldnt bother with any of these fad fitness routines. But if it works for you.

Surprised to find you contributing to a fitness thread, and amazed by your faux authoritative comments as you're puffing like a Billy goat after climbing the 12 steps to your bedsit.

Stick to subjects you know something about:- Rick Astley's greatest hits, triple whopper burgers and heavyweight scrubbers from Caerphilly.
