Former Fleetwood Mac guitarist died on Friday, aged 68.

RIP Danny - happy memories of a band member from the days when I thought Fleetwood Mac were interesting. I lost my enthusiasm for them after Peter Green left.

Sad news a remarkable band they simply reinvented themselves and their sound ,listening to early and late Mac is like two bands.

Loved the early Fleetwood Mac stuff. Remember reading an article about Danny Kirwan about 20 years ago. He loved his booze and would entrust his money to his Landlady, who would give him a daily pay out to cover his 10 pints of beer a day at the local pub. R.I.P Danny.

Sadly, it's about Peter Green's fragile mental state falling apart. Still, it beats 99% of what the post Peter Green led Mac, have brought out by a country mile
