For me it was a hand ball.

Keepers put their hands up in the air in order to stop the ball going in the net. Had the Burnley player not put his hands up or had he turned his back to the ball we likely would have had a shot on goal at close rage. I don't see why the defender should be given the benefit of the doubt. If you don't want it to hit your face turn your back.
