Good luck to the brave travelling support making their way up to the lions den tomorrow night.

Fair play to anyone going up, I just cannot see anything other than a hammering. I went to the match with the Noone goal last time we were up and that was one sided enough in the end. This Man City team are so much better.

No need really, they played in sky blue down here, unless we’re trying to dazzle them.

I think they are hoping no one recognises it's us as the scoreboard clicks over

I’m expecting a few changes for this one. Maybe Zahore and Ralls to start?

Perhaps Cunningham at lb, Ralls in mf NML on right. Warnock darent make too many changes after what he said.

And they think we’re playing Burnley on Saturday 😳

And they think we’re playing Burnley on Saturday

Shit article paid obviously paid for by Paddypower offering, frankly, ridiculous odds - Even Newport gave them a bit of a game FFS and Huddersfield drew 0-0 with them last season.. It's highly unlikely but not 80/1 unlikely - I will be putting £5 on us to win.!

Warnock said he was putting out a second string team. 😀

Same team as Saturday, other than Ralls for Arter (who isn't in the squad?).

Michael Morris
03-04-19, 17:55
Just one change for Cardiff. Ralls replaces Arter:

Cardiff: Etheridge, Peltier, Morrison, Manga, Bennett, Gunnarsson, Ralls, Camarasa, Murphy, Hoilett, Niasse.

Man City: Ederson, Danilo, Stones, Laporte, Zinchenko, Fernandinho, Foden, De Bruyne, Mahrez, Sane, Jesus.

Yes, he'd be banned as he'd of accrued 10 yellow cards before 32 games have been played.

Looks like we’re playing with a hangover, no pressing, no level of intensity, it’s like a training exercise for Man City

Great.

Lucky it’s only 1-0 still.
What’s the point in turning up to a game to feel sorry for ourselves and hand the game to the opposition?
Too many times it’s happened this season. Piss take for the travelling supporters.

Like to think we are helping Liverpool lose the title tonight, after the sham that was last Sunday, I don’t think anything matters anymore. We’ve been allocated the last relegation slot it seems. I honestly think we should celebrate gett8ng back to the real world league. The phoney contrived money league can just do one.....

Hoilett is garbage so is Ralls

Shame to have conceded so close to half time though

pelts and bennett should be replaced..we need a full squad against burnley

everything i hate about football is represented through Manchester City. Their football is sublime but they have spent all the money in the world to achieve it as well as having one of the best football minds out there to put it all together.

no wonder they never fill their stadium, they are just boring to follow.

Amazing what you can do with the most expensive squad in football history funded by near-infinite oil wealth. This Abu Dhabi soft power project reduces matches like this to an utterly pointless contest.

I’m hoping that’s why Niasse is seeing out the whole 90, he seems clueless when it comes to finishing!

Niasse clean through on goal. Hopeless.

While he made a total hash of it, Mendez-Laing's ball was slightly behind him. He was surprised to get another bite at the cherry and ballsed it up totally. Had M-L put it in front of him for Niasse to run on to, maybe he could have got a shot away.

Delbert
03-04-19, 20:39
Love Niasse’s endeavour but Ken is a class above and needs to start.

Of course it was, I said that. M-L's pass wasn't the most helpful, either.

Cyncoed Slumdog

Completely outplayed but they stuck at it. Sort of relieved at 2-0 scoreline.
De Bruyne just admitted he wasn't shooting for the first goal.

I'm not sure I'd do it but you can hardly blame people. Niasse doesn't look like he's going to score, even when it seems impossible not to.

Neither does Ken other than that complete fluke at Soton. Niasse at least has a fluke in him. Niasse is a far superior football player in every single facet of the game, other than scoring.

Bluebirdman Of Alcathays

I thought Ken for the last 15 would've at least given us an option over the top and something for their defence to think about. He would've got a shot away if he was through on goal.

Shouldn’t be a striker then.
