Initially yes but fallen away slightly the last couple of seasons.

It is an effin fantastic show the likes have never been seen before
The Battle of the Bastards is perhaps the greatest on screen battle ever shown on a tv show. There are so many under stories and brilliant characters it is probably the pinnacle of a tv show

However I appreciate it is popular and is fantasy so it maybe looked down on by some who will bang on about the brilliance of some scandinavian misery fest for 8 hours
