Anyone watching this? Looks great. Sit on the grass to watch world class sport, loads of space for everyone. I'd love to be there, but why is it so quiet? There cant be more than a few thousand.
I think it's called TV and cricket overload.
Or perhaps New Zealanders have better things to do.
Forgot it was on actually but it is on a tad late so will probably give the series a miss.
I see Stokes was out in the 90's. Shame as he has a good record of converting the half centuries into centuries.
He's some player, brilliant to watch.

Fair enough
My question was really about the crowd at the ground. It looks great, just a big bank around the ground with a few people dotted around
Looks a perfect way to watch cricket to me, just a bit Confused as to why it's not a lot busier.

I don't think its huge in NZ, they put rugby union and league before it.

Hes a giant of a player fast approaching the Botham greatness or even better ??
Test cricket , outside of the Ashes, is very poorly supported.
Sadly, the future of the game, probably ,is T20 as this is what most people and the TV companies want.
Test match attendances in New Zealand have been poor for years

Anyone watch the last day?
I didn't as it is on far too late for me but wish I had as I woke to the news of their latest failure.
That wicket sure deteriorated at a rate of knots!
Had to laugh at the experts (Pryor and Stewart) yesterday saying that England, despite having lost 3 wickets before close of play day 4, will bat all day and see out the draw. Well, they are all world class batsmen!

NZ's certainly have better things to do.
