Isaac doesn't have much of a leg to stand on here. Values of companies can go down as well as up. As the majority owner of a company, you can issue more shares in the company to raise more funds. Didn't Hammam do something similar after taking over (I think he issued 3 million shares, but my memory is sketchy).

I worked at Capita a few years ago, and they did exactly the same thing. The effect for existing share holders was that the value of their shares went down.

The only news here is that the case seems to be proceeding. It isn’t news otherwise as it was revealed by Mehmet Dahlman some months ago at the same time that he revealed that Sam Hammam was also suing us for £15 over his life presidency. With these 2 cases and the Sala situation we have an awful lot of litigation going on at the moment

Was he even worth £15? Can't be more than a tenner surely!

Could be just seeing if we have the appetite for another case, and hoping we will settle

What does this mean? ... "he contends represent the conduct of the majority shareholder, Mr Tan, whom he contends is a shadow director"

He is simply stating that while Mr Tan is not a Director of the Company, he controls its decision making.
It is of very limited relevance outside of administration/insolvency proceedings.
