There is no point sacking Harris if we dive straight in and appoint an ill thought out manager and just give him some money and ask him to work miracles with no guidance or support from above.

As much as we point score on here we all want the same thing, a successful Cardiff City team that brings some joy to these bleak times and beyond.

The owner and board need to realise that this is not the way. Not just Harris or the managers before but they need to look in the mirror and admit their mistakes, compare us to clubs who are making progress and doing things in the right way. We are grateful to Vincent Tan but the best way to make the most of his money is to look at the clubs who use their academies, recruitment and have a forward thinking staff with a playing style to help their cause and to emulate that. The board have tried to do it their way and it has had a certain degree of success but please, for the sake of the fans, learn from your mistakes and take this great club in the right direction.

Whether that is with Harris or another manager we need change. Not wholesale just a realisation that this way has been tried and hasn't worked and a clear idea of what we are trying to do.

Still count your blessings City fans you could be worse you could be a Jack.

Fans don’t deserve a succesful team. Maybe a relegation dogfight will wise up some of you entitled idiots.

By coincidence, you might get your wish if things continue.

Apologies. Let's just keep on appointing managers and just giving them a few quid and telling them promotion is the aim.

We all want the same thing you arse. If you still think this is the way to do it after being outplayed by Wycombe you're more messed up than I thought originally.

Fan's don't deserve anything in the same way owners aren't entitled to winning because of the money they put in.

People should just enjoy the ride.

There is enjoying the ride when your driver knows the way.

City at the moment is akin to a ride on the dodgems

I like the dodgems. Suss out at the start who you don’t like the look of and just relentlessly go after them.

A bit like a message board really.

A very reasonable summary of the way forward. Whether the board have the nous to plan a successful future for the club remains to be seen but they could certainly do with appointing a football director for a start.

Bring it on.

The fact you choose to snipe on a measured thread about the situation of the club says more about you than me.

I do not want to see Neil Harris in charge for another game against Swansea (that was the game my patience ran out with him) so we may as well get rid now and hope the players believe in the style of a new man in charge.
