Agreed, Burnley are lucky to have him. I like his pragmatic approach to the game and you always feel the club is safe with him at the helm. Even when they were struggling early on this season, you knew he would guide them to safety with the minimum of fuss. And he's got them playing some decent football too.

Strong man management skills , able to play to their limitations and strengths, great team spirit, knows how to set up teams well against better teams.

England could have opted for him and perhaps better themselves ?
