They scored enough points in their qualifying group

Wales finished runners up in qualifying Group E behind Croatia and ahead of Slovakia, Hungary and Azerbaijan.

Qualifying games were played between March and November 2019.

Wales 1 - 0 Slovakia
Croatia 2 - 1 Wales
Hungary 1 - 0 Wales
Wales 2 - 1 Azerbaijan
Slovakia 1 - 1 Wales
Wales 1 - 1 Croatia
Azerbaijan 0 - 2 Wales
Wales 2 - 0 Hungary

Kieffer Moore and Harry Wilson (before they were Cardiff players) scored some of the goals.

Or it could be because you were searching for Euros 2021 when tournament is in fact called Euro 2020
