Whilst I totally agree, I think there’s some UEFA rule that prohibits team taking them to court, or it maybe the FA they can’t sue!

A more sensible solution, but sports administrators then not to possess any sense, would be to allow both Derby and Wycombe in championship for next season. That would have given them more time rather than rush a decision. And offset any legal action by Wycombe.
