My ticket has been sent to my phone.
Clever.
It does say you will need a smart phone.
And its just for the one game, cards will be out for Millwall game.

Shame, I'd rather a mobile ticket for the entire season than another card in my wallet.

I have an e-mail with a link for use on a smartphone.
Unfortunately on my smartphone it links to a blank screen!

The terms and conditions say that you will get one

That's what I thought at first, it just took a little while to load.

Big problem with my son - looks like the club has an out-of-date email for him, so no link available yet.
I've emailed the club...
God knows if they'll see the mail in time, let alone reply.

Thanks for the feedback. Tried again and after 15 minutes....still a blank screen!

Me too, actually a very simple solution which would have been alleviated by effective communication from the club.

Can't he log on to his account and update his email address?

No, the club have to do everything you know, if they don't it's their fault.

Updating his account is fine for future reference, but we still have to contact the TO to ask them to re-send the email with the link.

You can phone 👍 but of a queue by what I've read on here but they are answering. Probably quicker than email as they have a backlog

Can he just log in and under transactions have it sent via sms or whatever it was. First post on the "digital ticket Barnsley" thread explains it.

Think we've got it sorted now.
Though I had the email link, which brought up a barcode on my phone, the link from the account gave a more readable (to humans) screen.
