Swansea City's home ground has been renamed Swansea.com Stadium in a 10-year deal.

The Championship club share what has been known as Liberty Stadium since its completion in 2005 with rugby team Ospreys.

Swans director Martin Morgan is also a director of Swansea.com, a business based in the city.

About £3,000 per week.
Not a massive amount then, but useful in the current climate.

Wonder if Nathan Dyers wife gave Mr Morgan the idea about pumping something into Swansea?

Should’ve gone with Mumsnet. And made it a tribute to all their sisters.

If the Stadium is owned by Swansea Council and the jacks and the Ospreys live in it rent free, how can the jacks make money from renaming it? Shirley that money should go to the council?
Otherwisw it gives the jacks unfair advantage..........again.

There's always a sale at the ScS. Players going at double-discounted prices.

What's the reason we haven't sold the naming rights for ours?

Wouldn't want anything ridiculous but if be surprised if we have turned down any decent money for it.

Doesn't Hammam still own the naming rights? If so, why on earth would the club even consider it?

And there we have the reason why we’ve never had a stadium sponsor.

Mr ‘Cardiff City are my family’, still damaging the club to today

Did that really happen? I'd be interested in knowing the terms of that deal, if it still exists. The only thing that tells me that it's true is that Tan hasn't agreed to a sponsorship deal or put his business name on the stadium.

i'm very happy that we haven't/can't sell the naming rights to our stadium.

When Wales play there it's the Cardiff City Stadium, the European Super Cup was at the Cardiff City Stadium, the Women's Champions League Final was at the Cardiff City Stadium, Cardiff Blues used to play at the Cardiff City Stadium.
