Been thinking about signing up to one but its almost impossible to find a recommended provider.

Excuse my ignorance but if outside of UK does IPTV need VPN to work,?

I live in Poland & can get all UK channels ok on my IPad. I bought a Samsung SMart TV but have failed to put VPN on it, so can’t get UK channels & only BBC allows mirroring,
