Bit annoyed as I fancied Hungary to grind out a 0-0 draw.

Their fans are probably saying the same about your team . Think about it.

England are now trawling through the VAR. There must've been a trip on Kane somewhere.

Doubt it in the slightest - they are too busy phoning up talk shite to worry about us.

And anyway we lost 3-2 away to Holland with a weakened side and they got thumped 4-0 at home Hungary. Not really the same in my humble opinion.

There is an element of England sucking up on here

And it's disturbing

They got leathered at home tonight

And I am bloody pleased

If you don't like it and want to ponce around like one of the royal family go elsewhere

I doubt it. They probably didn't notice that we were playing.

But we played well I thought and really should have had a draw away to a decent Dutch team, they reminded me of that famous Iceland collapse in euro 2016

Whilst I was pissed off with the way we threw it away again last night so amateurishly, the result was probably about right. Difficult to judge the line up we put out last night due to a lot of forced changes and I was pleased with a lot of our play. However, we just couldn't keep hold of the ball for any significant amount of time for love nor money. Against teams like the Netherlands, it's just a matter of time until they score if you keep giving it back to them after max. 2 or 3 touches.
That said, their 2nd goal was incredibly fortunate, the way it fell for him after bouncing off two of our players. Nice finish though, as was the first.
We need to find a way to stop it coming through the middle so easily before the WC. Maybe with our best 11 all starting it might different.
Mostly positives from these Nations League games this time despite only 1 point to show for it.

England players seem to find June a bit of an issue historically anyway, looking at recent finals like South Africa, Brazil, euro 16 to name a few….Russia was a bit lucky due to a very kind draw and the last Euros were all home games for them. They will no doubt perform better in Qatar.
