Still waiting for Season Ticket

Anyone else having this issue? I’ve checked that I requested a physical card so it’s not an issue that I only ordered an E-ticket. Would be nice if I didn’t have to queue up pre match on Saturday.

Have you got google wallet.Or Iphone version.It's easy to download off the cardiff city app.
It's not either or you can have a card and eticket.
