I think we need a massive overhaul. The board , the coaching staff and the squad.

Plenty of managers , players and some of our fans say we are a massive club but we clearly ain't

We could be but it could take decades

If we were getting the gate we had today on a regular basis it could be argued that in the Championship we were a big club

But at this level , at this time , we are not

Probably. The thing is unless someone wants to buy us then Tan is going nowhere.

The only hope is he starts running or put people in charge of running the club properly. Half decent would be an improvement. Its a feckin shambles at the moment.

I think Lamouchi if able to sort out the squad a bit could establish us mid table
