I remember the dog on the pitch. Sure it ran into the Burnley fans.

16000 big crowd if I recall? They’ve never brought many here, even in the PL recently they couldn’t sell out so much so cardiff council gave free tickets out in the family stand

I remember taking Gethin Jenkins (the future Welsh prop) to the game. He had just joined the Junior bluebirds and his mother asked me to take him. Felt a bit bloody stupid in the Family Enclosure as he was only about 10 but was as big as me at that age.

That was my last season living in Cardiff. We drew with Crewe and didn't make the playoffs. I cried. What a twat.

I think the Crewe goal scorer just finished doing a GCSE in the Morning of the game if my memory serves me right
