We're one of only 3 sides in the Championship who have scored in every game and, surprisingly, only 6 sides have kept more clean sheets than us.

if we are talking stats a nice chart to reflect where we are right now

In March 1978 We went on a 3 game unbeaten run

What was the cost of the number 17 from Wood Street to Ely at this time ?

I was a month old. I didn't start collecting stats like that until at least April.

Of them 8 games only one game we had more possession and that was against the bottom of the league. The successful teams have more possession.

I doubt if we went on a 3 game unbeaten run, we were shite in '78

We went on a good run (for us) around that time
Ricihie Morgan was manager and we finished 9th?

I remember going to Sunderland last away game of the season and Winning
The packed Roker park wasn’t a good place to be then

Not always correct. City got promotion from Championship as runners up in 2018 with only 45% possession, the 21st best in the league. It is what you do with the possession you get that is key.

Your memory is better than mine then. I seemed to recall that we struggled once the 75/76 team got promoted from the old Division 3. Obviously we had a decent season or two back then

We're one of only 3 sides in the Championship who have scored in every game and, surprisingly, only 6 sides have kept more clean sheets than us.

Very impressive when we couldn't pay fees, have a new Manager to this league, had a terrible team that avoided relegation due to two teams having points deducted.

So Bulut had to rebuild, solve the scoring issue, while at the same time try and keep it reasonably tight at the back, which he is now starting to do.

Also don't forget we've already played away Leicester and Ipswich (1st and 2nd) and gave both a scare, drew with Leeds, and beat Sunderland (5th and 6th) so thats four of the top six away games already out of the way.

We also beat our bogey team in the derby at home for the first time in ten years, had a good win against Coventry, and are still in the cup while playing our reserves and with two of our best attacking players (Bowler and O'Dowda out injured)

yes you're right. Think Alston and Willie Anderson left the season after we got promoted and Tony Evans struggled with form and injuries and went to Brum a few years later. All three were hard to replace,

Yes, I think you are right with regards to Alston, Anderson and Evans and when they left us. My 3 favourite City players of that memorable promotion team. Infact 3 of my all time favourite City players

We have won half of our games and drawn a few, scored more than we conceded. FOck me, it seems the regressive analysis statistics are telling us we are doing well. Thanks, Calculus

With the tough away games we've had, we are doing very well a top six side, but it's early days and the squad has a few week points.
