Looks yummy , and I'm sure her majesty will love it , I know I will as I adore a trifle and this looks so special .
I still enjoy eating Coronation Chicken another wonderful dish devised for her glorious Coronation.

Not a fan of trifles or citrus flavoured puddings myself, but it's not about me is it? It's about dear old Lilibet.
I'll stick to Queen Victoria's Sponge instead.

I'd have rather a pavlova or something like that.

At least he has provided some figures, as opposed to your personal abuse of the Queen and her family and total lack of evidence to the contrary.

the cost to the UK of the royal family is in excess of £345 million a year, or over a billion pounds every 3 years! not including lost tourism revenue by allowing people to visit the palaces many of which we already own, but the royal family monopolise.

If they bring out a commemorative Pot Noodle, then I'll be all over it. Corgi with a hint of chilli flavour?
Re: Platinum Jubilee: Lemon and amaretti trifle to be official pudding
Surely this thread should be moved to Sludge’s forum. Sugar and sycophancy… ugh!
Re: Platinum Jubilee: Lemon and amaretti trifle to be official pudding
I am aware our madge's favourite desert is the rich, mint and chocolatey delight known as a Bombe Glacée Royale.
And like my dear old gran loves her Battenburg ❤️
